Order Processing

Many of our products are made specifically for you after your order is placed. Orders must be processed and produced before shipment.

Production and processing times vary by product and are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the products ordered, shipping destination, and available shipping method.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, product availability, and fulfillment location. Once an order has shipped, customers may receive tracking information when available.

Production and shipping estimates do not include unexpected carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Multiple Packages

Products within the same order may be fulfilled from different facilities. As a result, an order may arrive in more than one package and on different delivery dates.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for orders that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, except as required by applicable law.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking indicates that your package may be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us promptly so we can review the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the problem.

Eligible claims will be reviewed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

International shipping availability may vary. Customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
